Shipping times are based on region and can be located here. If you missed the window- No problem! Your order will go out the following Monday or Tuesday. We are located in SW Michigan and allow local pickup.
Shipping Chestnut Trees- Shipping is $25 flat rate. Spend $200, shipping is on us!
We begin shipping chestnut trees bare root starting in September through December depending on your geographical region. Shipping starts from the north to the south. Shipping outside this window at the customers request will void any warranty without prior consent from NLHS.

We accept local pickup on all orders with prior arrangements. Contact us for local pickup discounts.
Custom Delivery
On larger or commercial orders(100+ trees) NLHS will deliver your order to your door or farm within 250 miles of 49057 free of charge. $1/mile beyond that.
FALL Shipping Chestnut Trees - How we ship live trees
We ship live trees in cardboard boxes packed in small bundles to ensure they do not get crowded. Roots are cleaned of soil, placed in heavy duty plastic bags and hydrating fiber or gel to ensure roots arrive moist. Trees are shipped out on Mondays via USPS priority or UPS. We can ship to PO boxes.
